Case Study: Intelligent solutions for the energy industry

Larry Cartee of Magical Custom Programming, an Elite xTuple Partner based in the Greater Houston area, will co-host a half-day technology event on Friday, May 12, 2017. The event — to be held at the Sheraton Houston West — is complimentary, but registration is required.

As featured in the Houston Business Journal, xTuple’s Roadshow event is designed for manufacturers and distributors exploring new digital technologies available to sell products and/or deliver customer service on-the-go and online, eliminate inefficiencies, generate more profits, and make better, faster business decisions.

The Roadshow will feature a case study presented by Hunt Engine. The company will share how xTuple solutions helped them meet the demand of their customers, compete better in the marketplace, and exponentially grow their business.

Located in Houston, Texas since 1985, Hunt Engine traces its roots back to the early 1950s with deep engineering and manufacturing experience for the energy industry. Hunt Engine designs and builds a complete line of engineered filtration and cooling systems for most drilling rig electrical motor applications. The company’s air filtration products are used with both DC and AC drilling motors including those which operate in hazardous areas.

Hunt Engine’s Houston, Texas sales, engineering and manufacturing facilities include a 32,000 square foot plant with 12,000 square feet of manufacturing area under a 10-ton bridge crane with 6,500 square feet of additional area with state of the art painting facility and assembly area and 6,500 square feet of warehouse storage for components, parts and materials completes the production space.

Roadshow Details

For 2017, xTuple’s team of technology experts has taken the product on the road — across the U.S. and Canada — to share long-term strategies using the next generation in business management software, including xTupleCommerce, the online Customer Web Portal. Submissions to attend are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is limited. Event times vary by location. The first 20 people who register are entered in a drawing for an iPad mini to be given away at each event.
