Enviance Launches Customer Community Collaborative Portal at 2017 User Conference

CARLSBAD, Calif. – June 26, 2017 – Enviance, a leading SaaS provider of environmental, health and safety (EHS) management solutions, has announced the launch of a new Customer Community powered by Salesforce’s Community platform. Unveiled at the 2017 Enviance User Conference in San Diego, the Customer Community gives Enviance customers the ability to connect, collaborate and engage in an online community that is focused on crowdsourcing ideas, delivering valuable training and educational resources, and the sharing of industry best practices for a wide array of EH&S topics.

Customers have long shared their insights at Enviance User Conferences, and the online Customer Community enables them to go deeper and expand on those exchanges all year long. Through chat forums, articles, product guides, video tutorials and more, users can harness innovative ways to approach problems and collaborate.

Now in its 13th year, The Enviance User Conference has become a must-attend event for Environmental, Health and Safety professionals who rely on the company’s software solutions to manage a spectrum of EH&S priorities including, but not limited to, comprehensive air and greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting, permit tracking, incident and inspection management, office ergonomics and chemical management programs.

“Our User Conference embodies our long-standing commitment to helping customers maximize our software and manage what matters most: protecting their people, the planet and profits,” said Amy Stelling, CEO of Enviance. “As we continue to add products and capabilities, our customers expand their solutions and gain more insights to help them reach their EH&S goals.”

Additional highlights of the 2017 Enviance User Conference included customer-led presentations, as well as the introduction of new products, overviews of new features, and training sessions led by the Enviance staff. Through the recent acquisitions of Remedy Interactive and Actio Software Corporation, Enviance has extended its service offerings to include comprehensive Office Ergonomic and Chemical Management solutions.

“Like many others, we’ve attended the Enviance User Conference for years because of the value it offers,” said Greg McCall, Environmental Principle Engineer at American Electric Power, and President of the Enviance Industry Advisory Council (IAC). “With the online Customer Community now a reality, I know myself and many of my EHS colleagues are excited to leverage this platform to continue to share ideas and best practices on how to keep our employees safe and protect the environment.”
